Immaculately clean venue with stunning location to the sea side. Unlimited breakfast, modern twin room. Very helpful and attentive staff throughout. Location close enough to shops / restaurants, and the sea front and a local supermarket. Again, not far from Karst Gallery...

I've been to this hotel several times and I'm always positively surprised. I think they strive to improve, to innovate and to satisfy their guests. On this occasion, they had decorated their gardens more and renovated their SPA equipment, as well as increased the SPA area in building 1. This was the first time I stayed in building 1 when I selected a double room and not a family suite, and they have reformed the rooms, but there are still old touches in them to be outlined. I don't know if they have finished their reform yet.
Simply as a suggestion and in order to improve, I would like to indicate that in the shower of the rooms in building 1, shelf or corner bath would be appreciated, so that you can support the soaps and shampoos without having to bend down to the floor every time you need it during the shower. I insist, I don't know if the reform of the rooms is still in force and they still plan to add it. I hope so. On the other hand, at breakfast I would like the scrambled egg to be "egg" as such and not egg or similar product. It had a very artificial colour and tasted absolutely nothing. Also, pancakes and filloas are cold and it is really a product that is appreciated to be eaten hot. That's why I think it's very easy to do it that way. All you have to do is put some compartments like the ones for the sausages, bacon and eggs, they will stay warm. It is not the same to heat them in the microwave, even if it is available to us. Finally, new beds with jets from the SPA are comfortable but the headrest is very hard and after several sessions one feels pain in the area. Perhaps this can be fixed with a rubber lining or similar, as in the hairdresser's washrooms, so that it is soft and does not damage or cause discomfort to the area. These are just suggestions that I would like to see taken into account, although it goes without saying that the hotel is working wonderfully and all the staff are working hard to improve.

1000 feet from the hotel you'll find Bar Restaurante Fidel, you'll definitely enjoy your meal. Lovely place for city break in Sanxenxo. So close to the airport, 16 miles:)))

is the fifth time I have stayed at this hotel and I do so because I want to rest in its magnificent SPA facilities. It is a resort hotel with a lot of charm, elegance and exclusivity. I love the facilities, outdoor chill-out area and its pools and three indoor SPA areas. They are cared for in detail and fulfil their function. breakfast is very varied and of high quality.
What I am writing is not a criticism, a suggestion for improvement. What I am going to comment on now was discussed during my visit in May 2019, I think it was not taken into account. In the beds with jets in the SPA there is a projection to support the head. you have a couple of sessions, you feel pain in the part where you support. That would be solved with a soft rubber lining or similar. On the other hand, at breakfast, just as eggs, bacon or sausages are in hot compartments, "crepes" (filloas from our workroom) could be hot too. They do this in many hotels, as it is a food that is usually eaten hot. double rooms (building 1) are comfortable, perhaps they could reform the furniture. They are painted, have some modern decorative element, bathroom is reformed, if they changed tables, cabinets, tables, among others, would be in line with the times.

Accurate and detailed information at check-in and in the room itself about the services offered by the hotel, schedules, prices and how to use them. A wide range of spa options, massages, saunas. Bathrobes, slippers and towels are available.
It is situated on a high point of the village, has very nice views but far from the beach. We did not know that the hotel has two different buildings and that one offers more services than the other, for example the outdoor swimming pool and gym. It is true that they have a smart at your disposal to move between them and that they are very close but when you go with children or older people can be cumbersome. breakfast has everything but in my opinion nothing with too much quality and less for the category of the hotel. It took forever to replace what was running out, if at all.

We had a great stay at Augusta Eco Wellness Resort! The family room was spacious, clean, and even had supplies for our dog. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location was convenient for accessing the beach. we felt we got great value for our money.
The breakfast experience could have been better with more attention to hygiene. There were kids running around and sneezing near the food, and some of the cheese on the buffet looked sweaty.

Good facilities. Take it easy. Highly recommended for families. Complete breakfast and good frequency of replacement. Very spacious and well equipped family rooms.
They should take more care of the details. An establishment of this quality and price cannot allow its guests to have to keep an eye on and even claim services that should be guaranteed in themselves. For example, they never have children's bathrobes available, never is. From the Spa department they always say that they have them in the laundry and that they cannot do anything, in fact they advise us to make a complaint to the management. This has happened to us in our last stay (and to more guests, we are witnesses) and in previous stays. In the family suite, kitchen and utensils are included, when they do the room cleaning service they do not do the washing of the utensils used, at least in our last stay. In previous stays they do. Finally the natural juice of the breakfast buffet, super sour, almost impossible to drink.

hotel facilities are fine. thermal pool is very complete and cleaning of it is very correct. the location is good. Walking to the center of Sanxenxo 15 minutes. descent is better than the ascent as the slopes are considerable. size and distribution of the room is correct for two adults and two children. mattress of the double bed is very comfortable and small kitchen is very useful for those who want to use it. There is a small terrace in the room with a beautiful view of the estuary.
For two children of 12 and 14 like ours it is not acceptable that in a superior 4 star hotel they have to sleep on a sofa bed like the one we had in the room. Impossible to put it straight and without any comfort. There are better options than for space and size could be used. Little space for clothes considering the age of the children and that it is advisable in that area also take something long sleeve just in case. breakfast itself is not bad in terms of variety, category of the hotel deserves to create something more. pastries are bad and hard. coffee machine did not work very well, rest is discreet for what I have found in some hotels of similar category.

Great location with easy access to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The hotel provided comfortable amenities for a relaxing stay, including a spacious balcony and a hot tub. Indoor spa facilities were available but not used. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Excellent stay and good value for money. The spa and pool are very nice, the rooms were also excellent for that price.

I liked the size of the rooms, adequate. I.liked.the.staff's.treatment,.the.play station.in.the.room.is.a.detail.for.the.little.ones..The.spa.area.in.building.two.is.good,.especially.for.adults. Breakfast is correct. I loved the range of shampoos and gels in the room
To begin with, I didn't like having to go from hotel number one to two on the street, with such a sharp change in temperature (although it's true that they have a smart to move around). Secondly, for a four star superior, the sofa bed is not acceptable... It's a good thing my kids are small, because if they were teenagers it would be torture. As we went in October we couldn't enjoy the outdoor pools, but I consider it very limited that children from six to twelve years old can only enter the swimming pool. It.also.doesn't.make.sense.that.they.can.use.the.outdoor.Yakuzi.in.company.and.the.indoor.ones.in.any.way. . In the playroom the two days we were there, nothing was working. The receptionist was told that it was left to notify maintenance... the children couldn't play... Doing a double check, first in one building and then in the second one doesn't seem logical either. Finally, our room was at the height of the green zone, which is great... if it weren't for the fact that the slide opens easily from the outside... As for the acceptable quality/price ratio because we don't pay a bridge price.. otherwise it would be very expensive.
